This certification is an employment requirement established by the Florida Department of health for anyone driving an ambulance. Our EVOC certification splits the 16-clock hours into two parts, an 8-hour out of class assignment and an 8-hour in-person lecture and driving class.

Treasure Coast Medical and Fire Institute offers a Fire Science Program that provides students the advanced training courses needed for them to achieve their State of Florida Fire Officer I Certification and the State of Florida Fire Instructor I Certification.

Paramedic is the advanced-level certification for the EMS profession. The Paramedic Program is a 12 month program. Graduates of the program are eligible to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians' (NREMT) Paramedic cognitive exam that also serves as the state certification exam.

This two-day course will help to prepare you to successfully pass the National Registry Paramedic Exam.
